Facilities and resources
Our school offers a range of spaces, tools and resources to support student learning. Whether it’s for study, sport, creativity or technology, our learning environments and resources give students what they need to succeed.
Our school facilities
Construction of the permanent facilities for Nirimba Fields Public School is underway. In the meantime, the primary school opened in temporary facilities in February 2024 to cater for Kindergarten to Year 6 students. We offer a range of learning environments. They help students stay engaged, build confidence and enjoy every part of their school day. Our temporary facilities include:
- bright and comfortable classrooms
- a well-stocked library for reading and research
- grassed sports fields for fitness and fun
- a large hall
- canteen
- modern computer technology
- indoor and outdoor student amenities
The permanent school facilities will include:
- modern classrooms for up to 1,000 students
- modern computer technology
- innovative learning environments
- a library, and a multipurpose hall for sports and performance
- support learning classrooms
- covered outdoor learning area (COLA) and administration facilities
- on site public preschool.
Significant progress has been made on the new permanent facilities, which are due to open in mid-2026.

Creating spaces for students to thrive
Key stakeholders including Principal Renai Diamond, teachers, architect, the builder and project team came together to select the colours and finishes for the new permanent facilities.
They carefully chose the materials and colour schemes for walls and flooring that will help create a safe, functional, and an engaging learning environment for students and staff.
Principal Renai Diamond said it has been rewarding working together and seeing the school’s vision coming to life.
“Every detail chosen has been made to ensure our students and staff feel supported and inspired in our classrooms both now and into the future.”
Resources and technology
Our school uses modern technology and digital learning tools. Our resources help students learn, create and stay connected. As a NSW public school, we have access to shared programs and tools available to all schools in the state.
