At our school, student wellbeing and learning go hand in hand. We want every student to feel safe, included and ready to learn. Whether your child needs help with their mental, emotional, social or physical wellbeing, we are here to help them thrive at school and in daily life.

How we support student wellbeing

Positive Behaviour for Learning (PBL)

Our school embeds the Positive Behaviour for Learning (PBL) framework across all school systems to enhance academic and social behaviour outcomes for students. PBL is a school-wide behaviour initiative that employs a whole school systems approach to address problem behaviour and reduce its effects on student outcomes and on the school community as a whole. PBL encourages positive behaviour from students, which has been shown to improve their motivation to learn. PBL operates as a systemic umbrella for a broad range of programs in our school, including values education, anti-bullying and the learning support team.
